Welcome to King of Tweaks!

I have a HP laptop running Windows 10. The Realtek Bluetooth 5 Adapter would crash anytime for no reason and a reboot is the only way to get it back. Here is the fix.

Open Control Panel, Device Manager, right click on Realtek Bluetooth 5 Adapter, select Properties, Details, Device instance path and remember or copy the value: USB\VID_0BDA&PID_B00C\00E04C000001.

Now open Registry Editor, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, SYSTEM, Enum, USB. Look for VID_0BDA&PID_B00C, then 00E04C000001, Device Parameters, and Create a new key of 32-bit DWORD.

name: EnhancedPowerManagementEnabled

value: 1

Looks like this:

Reboot and enjoy!
